Our concrete testing facility is newly equipped (2024 install) to enable the correct curing and testing of test specimens confirming the quality of your concrete, allowing you to proceed with confidence.

From slump to strength tests, ETL offer a range of concrete tests both on site and in our UKAS accredited laboratory to ensure that your materials meet desired specification, within industry-leading turnaround times. Our expert technicians will provide factual results to allow you to evaluate the properties and performance of your concrete, guiding decisions throughout the construction process.

At ETL, our technicians have got years of experience making cubic specimens for strength tests, fundamentally ensuring that the specimen is representative of the mix that it came from.

In this test, cubic concrete samples are subjected to gradually increasing loads until they fail. The maximum load the specimen can bear offers critical insights about its strength and durability.
